The Fish restaurant on the Dan is set in quiet and pleasant space in the midst of pastoral peaceful nature grounds filled with fresh clean air and the sound of the streaming waters.

The restaurant is set over magical islands surrounded by the flowing waters of the Dan and Hatzbani rivers. The tables are located between the fig and the willow trees, which impart a pleasant shade and the green outdoors. Near the waterfalls live swans, ducks and peacocks. Our restaurant serves a rich selection of fresh fish grown in our fish ponds nest to the restaurant.

“Kayaking on the Dan”, offers an unforgettable kayaking experience down the Hatzbani River. The stream is full of flowing water with rich vegetation, bustling with local animals, with a variety extremely breathtaking challenging kayaking routes for every level and age.

Dag Al HaDan offers you a place to spend the day and time with family and friends at a fun full place with picnics tables and campgrounds to stay the night camping on the shaded corners of our magical nature.  

 

Dag Al HaDan "Fish on the Dan" is an ecological, natural and educational experience, in which we observe the process of recycling and preserving nature for agricultural purposes.

The Spa offers you a luxurious space for a bath treatment on your feet and hands given by our  Doctor Fish. The fish are in the treatment bath and when feet / hands are put into the water, they eat the dry skin and thus leave your skin smooth to allow for new tissue growth.

 

Kayaking on the Dan - On the Upper Galilee

 

On the cool water of the Hatzbani (Nahal Snir), in a beautiful spot where the Hasbani and the surrounding rivers meet, surrounded by trees and green vegetation, we established our boutique site where you will become addicted to a powerful experience that is all water and nature. The green vegetation around, the high pecan trees and the cool waters of the Hatzbani stream await you in a Kayaking the experience that you have not known until now in the north. In Kayak Al HaDan "The Kayaks on the Dan" - the renewed activity area located at the northern entrance to Moshav Beit Hillel in the Upper Galilee - you can enjoy a fun and enjoyable kayaking trip in a meticulous and well-kept area where every family and visitor receives their full attention. Enjoy a thrilling, sweeping experience where you can enjoy challenging activities in the water on rafting boats. We invite you to experience a unique experience at the boutique site of Kayak Al HaDan in the Upper Galilee. Each participant goes on a journey in the cool river and enjoys a direct encounter with the powerful nature of the Galilee, with the rich vegetation around and with a pastoral atmosphere that is the secret of the Hatzbani River.

There is a seating area for groups who wish to sit down to eat before embarking on their Kayaks.

 

The beginner course starts at the meeting of the streams and ending at Beit Hillel

Duration of activity in the family track: about 1 hour and 15 minutes

River kayaking cruised allows of up to six cruisers.

The cruise age is limited to ages 5 and over (except at the beginning of the season if otherwise determined by the stream control personnel).

Each Kayak boat requires a companion over the age of 18

The challenging course takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes

River cruises of up to six cruisers.

The cruise age is limited to the ages of 10 and over  (except at the beginning of the season, if determined otherwise by the supervision of the stream personnel).

Agricultural tour - Fish Farm on the Dan

 

Dag Al HaDan - was established in 1978 by Yuki and his partner, Yuchi, they leased from the Israel Lands Administration to produce and integrate agriculture and tourism in the Farm Sion (Dag Al HaDan) grows trout, these fish can live in the cold waters of the Dan river at 16 degrees celsius), and sturgeon fish, of which the caviar is produced.

Over the years, Dag Al HaDan has become a tourist attraction, combining with the flora and fauna of the Galilee landscape.

The tour at the visitors' center of the "Dag Al HaDan" fish farm, is an ecological, natural and educational experience, in which we will observe the process of recycling and preserving nature for agricultural purposes. During the tour we will go through the fish ponds and show the ecological systems and  in close contact with some of the fish species growing here.

The trout - a local fish grown today for the restaurant's needs.

Sturgeon fish - an imported fish that is grown today in Israel for the purpose of preparing caviar. Which Today the Israeli black caviar is defined as one of the best.

Fish of the Streams - A local fish that is grown in favor for the fish spa.

 

We will also give a tour and walk around the farm to watch the streams meeting points of the Dan and Hatzbani rivers, as well as, enjoy the vegetation and other farm animals.

At the end of the tour, guests will visit the fish spa in the unique nature of the Dan fish.
